Uniform

The official supplier for the Somers Heath uniform is UniformWise (01375 644744)

We also run a pre-loved uniform exchange.  This is open once a month after school (check the newsletter for dates) and during events when parents are in school.  Alternatively, if you have uniform you wish to donate or you need some uniform then please speak to the school office.

KS2 (Y3-Y6)

  • Grey trousers / shorts/ skirt (in summer)
  • White stiff collared shirt (long or short-sleeved)
  • School tie
  • Navy v-neck jumper with school logo
  • Blue summer dress (Easter half term - October half term)
  • Grey/black/white socks or grey tights
  • Plain black shoes (can be polished) with black laces or Black or White sandals with support around the heel and across the foot may be worn in summer (no flipflops or crocs)

EYFS & KS1 (Nursery -Y2)

  • Grey trousers/ shorts/ skirt (in summer)
  • White polo shirt
  • Navy v-neck jumper with school logo (Logo is not imperative in Nursery)
  • Blue summer dress (Easter half term - October half term)
  • Grey / black / white socks or black/grey tights
  • Plain black shoes (can be polished) with black laces or Black or White Sandals with support around the heel and across the foot may be worn in summer (no flip-flops or crocs)

Jewellery

PE

  • White t-shirt (or their house colour)
  • Blue sports shorts
  • Plimsolls
  • Pupils may also bring a blue sweatshirt, trainers and, in cold weather, jogging bottoms

Please note: For health and safety reasons all jewellery must be removed before PE lessons and long hair should be help back with an appropriate hair band.

Children should be able to get ready for PE independently.  This includes changing clothes, removing any jewellery, tying up hair, tying shoe laces (otherwise Velcro should be worn) and storing their belongings tidily together so they are not mixed up and lost.
